Our goal is to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Every customer Foucs team, has a lead program manager. The program manager will function as the customer's voice within Trivo. In the team, we also have other members such as the project engineer, quality engineer, test engineer and production control to ensure the daily communication with customers and make the concept become the final products in order to satisfy the customer.
